Neither work, as if they were disabled (well, USB-C does work and it is active. I can connect a USB-C hub with HDMI output too, and it all works except for the HDMI, so USB-C is working for everything except video). WebOne of them was a cheap basic unit with HDMI, 1x USB 3.0 and one USB Type-C charging passthrough (they're very popular at around $9 USD). All the direct USB Type-C to HDMI adapters do not function on these laptops. I've cancelled my RMA and let them know the issue, hopefully it's something they can fix in a firmware update.

If you were to disconnect the 1st monitor, then using the USB-C to HDMI cable to connect to the other monitor, then it should work.
