With all my respect, you've been offered a 8h offer with 2 vans and you refused it and asked for 5h instead, so we've booked other customers after your 5h job. As you had extra stuff and as we advised initially the job took extra hours (9h in total per teama) hence the bigger extra charge ... Web20 dec. 2024 · Awful. Awful! Stole from my hand bag! Called to complain and had no luck. Also, poor service, 7 hours to load a fully packed 3 bed. Me and my kids had to unload the vans to save money, still charged 2 hours extra. 15 hours paid for 5 hours work plus £100 STOLEN from my handbag, the thieves still win.
